The staff at The Oxford School is dedicated to quality care, development, and education of young children. Our Administrative staff includes a Program Director, who oversees the day to day operations of each program, provides training and guidance to staff, and is available for parent questions and concerns; and a Medical Director who oversees our illness prevention techniques and addresses medical concerns. Each classroom is staffed with degreed teachers and assistants to provide an early education for each child. All staff members complete a thorough interview process and training period. Also, ongoing training is required for all staff. In addition, staff members are trained in First Aid, CPR, Child Abuse Recognition and Prevention, and Communicable Disease. With our qualified team we provide a high-quality education and development program.
